Role Overview

The AMER Service Governance runs the service-governance cadence across AMER — SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, and issue / escalation tracking — giving leadership a clear, current view of delivery health.

Reporting to the Service Governance Lead, you keep the governance rhythm running, surface risks early, and support continuous improvement across the region.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesGovernance Cadence & Reporting

• Run the AMER governance cadence — QBRs, service reviews, and dashboards — on a reliable rhythm.

SLA / KPI Monitoring

• Track SLAs and KPIs across services; flag breaches and trends to leadership.

Issue & Escalation Management

• Log, track, and follow up issues and escalations to closure.

Continuous Improvement Support

• Support root-cause analysis and improvement actions across the region.

Key Performance Indicators

• Governance cadence adherence.

• SLA / KPI reporting accuracy and timeliness.

• Issue closure rates.

• Stakeholder satisfaction with governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 4+ years in service delivery, governance, or operations / PMO.

• Strong reporting, data, and stakeholder-coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable with cadence and follow-up.

Preferred

• Experience with service-management / governance tooling.

• Exposure to business-services delivery.
