Our Services Agent provides World Class Service with all inbound and outbound calls from our members servicing their welcome call, financial needs, provide solutions that will help their vacation experience, resolve problems, fulfill requests, and maintain product knowledge.
Essential Functions

- Provide World Class Service on all calls by using ResortCom Call Quality model.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting members with financial obligations.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints through proper research, identify solutions and accept ownership.
- Educate members on services offered and payment deadlines.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all resorts, company policies, procedures, and services.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly service level goals.
- Willingness to work adaptable schedules that varies according to business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay Information
- Services Agent (Spanish & English) - $ 20,000 Pesos monthly + monthly bonus.

Work Environment
The work for this position is conducted in an office environment. The noise level in this environment is usually moderate. Travel will be required to receive training, attend meetings and develop relationships with other professionals. Evenings and weekend work may be required based upon the workload.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Proper phone etiquette
- Problem Solving Skills
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Customer Focus
- Data Entry Experience
- Able to Build Relationships
Preferred Education and Experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Bilingual (English – Spanish, French, Portuguese or German)
