Purpose of Role

Las funciones de una maestra de español en la sección de primaria. integran la enseñanza lingüística y de matemáticas con la mediación cultural y tecnológica.

ISP Responsibilities
1. Instrucción Lingüística y Alfabetización
Enseñanza Integral: Desarrollar habilidades de habla, lectura, escritura y escucha en español.
Dominio Técnico: Instruir en gramática, ortografía y redacción, adaptando los contenidos al nivel de primaria.
Fomento a la Lectura: Potenciar el gusto por la lectura y la capacidad de análisis crítico de textos.
2. Planificación y Gestión Educativa
Diseño Curricular: Elaborar planes de lecciones y programas didácticos alineados al currículo oficial y al enfoque bilingüe del centro.
Evaluación Continua: Preparar evaluaciones,



calificar tareas y realizar informes de progreso para medir el desarrollo académico y socioemocional.
Adaptación de Recursos: Crear o ajustar materiales pedagógicos, incluyendo el uso de herramientas digitales como Google Classroom, Kahoot o Canva.
3. Mediación en el Contexto Bilingüe e Intercultural
Contextualización Cultural: Enseñar el idioma en armonía con el contexto cultural de los alumnos, promoviendo la sensibilidad intercultural.
Enfoque de "La Nueva Escuela Mexicana": Para docentes en México, las funciones incluyen aplicar principios de inclusión, equidad y pensamiento crítico integrados en el programa vigente.
Equilibrio de Idiomas: Coordinarse con los docentes del segundo idioma para asegurar una educación coherente que fomente el razonamiento verbal en ambas lenguas
4. Seguimiento y Colaboración
Vínculo con Familias: Mantener comunicación constante con padres de familia para informar sobre dificultades o progresos.
Trabajo en Equipo: Colaborar con otros profesionales para identificar y atender necesidades educativas específicas o problemas de comportamiento.
Actualización Profesional: Participar en formación continua sobre nuevas metodologías y tendencias educativas vigentes

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

- Licenciatura en Educación, Licenciatura en Pedagogía
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia frente a grupo en grados de 1º. a 5º.
