As a Healthcare Professional - Onboarding Specialist - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements within our Risk and Compliance group. You will be instrumental in facilitating the onboarding process for healthcare professionals, confirming a seamless transition and integration into our managed services. This role is client-facing, allowing you to build meaningful connections and contribute to the success of our Health PLS Ops Managed Services.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and support senior staff, all while building your personal brand. This position offers the opportunity to grow your technical knowledge and understand the broader objectives of your role within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network.

Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagement and projects by contributing to risk management initiatives
- Implementing compliance program strategies and risk mitigation frameworks
- Conducting risk analysis and developing risk management solutions tailored to healthcare operations
- Collaborating with teams to enhance compliance oversight and contractual risk monitoring
- Reviewing contracts and master agreements to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Handling confidential information with discretion and adhering to legal compliance standards
- Participating in crisis management and data security measures to safeguard client interests
- Assisting in the development of governance frameworks and risk reporting mechanisms
- Engaging in investigative decision-making to address compliance challenges
- Utilizing intellectual curiosity to drive continuous improvement in risk management practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Finance
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Engaging in compliance program implementation and risk management solutions
- Utilizing data security and data loss prevention (DLP) strategies
- Participating in risk evaluation and mitigation strategies (REMS)
- Developing skills in contractual risk monitoring and mitigation strategies
