As an HCP Engagement Specialist - Contracting Specialist - Associate, you will engage with clients to support risk management and compliance initiatives within our Risk and Compliance practice. This role involves contributing to client projects, developing your skills, and delivering quality work. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will work within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, focusing on Health PLS Ops Managed Services. You will have the opportunity to engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge. You will also respond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others, using a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagement by contributing to risk management projects and initiatives
- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs and risk management frameworks
- Conducting risk analysis and identifying potential compliance issues within contractual agreements
- Reviewing contracts to identify and mitigate contractual risks and validate compliance with legal standards
- Collaborating with teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and solutions
- Monitoring compliance with governance frameworks and providing advisement on risk management practices
- Handling confidential information with discretion and adhering to business ethics
- Participating in the preparation of risk reports and communicating findings to stakeholders
- Engaging in continuous learning to enhance skills in risk management and compliance oversight
- Utilizing investigative decision-making skills to support risk evaluation and mitigation strategies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Finance
- Demonstrating proficiency in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Compliance
- Utilizing skills in Contract Review and Contractual Risk Mitigation
- Engaging in Compliance Program Implementation and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Excelling in Risk Analysis and Risk Mitigation Strategies
