Schedule: Full TimeJob Type: OnsiteSalary Type: SalaryReq #: 2727What will the candidate do?The candidate will manage a portfolio of customer accounts and approximately 160 monthly shipments, ensuring daily operational execution, on-time pickup and delivery, and proactive communication with customers, shippers, and internal teams. They will coordinate shipment coverage, monitor track & trace, PODs, unbilled and service issues, prepare and share weekly and monthly KPIs for their assigned accounts, and support the onboarding and growth of new business within their assigned portfolio.About the Role- Contact carrier to obtain daily capacity and status of load-tendered; continue monitoring the shipment for on-time pick-up, transit, delivered, empty- Ensure correct load status in TMS, e.g., loaded, pick-up, delivery, empty, etc.- Notify Shipper and/or Receiver of Load Status and reschedule pick-up/delivery appointments when necessary- Establish and maintain effective relationships with carriers, shippers and receivers through professional and timely communications and inquiry responses- Correspond with customer and carrier regarding detention information- Communicate and gain approval for expedite shipments- Identify patterns with shipper,
