Job descriptionSourcing & Attraction- Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-volume candidates (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs)- Manage postings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, etc.- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring contact center rolesRecruitment Process- Conduct initial screening calls and video interviews- Apply psychometric and skills assessments relevant to customer service profiles- Evaluate soft skills such as communication, empathy, problem-solving, and stress tolerance- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and operations leadersCandidate Experience- Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey- Communicate clearly and timely with all candidates regarding process status- Represent the company's culture and employer brand during every interactionMetrics & Reporting- Track and report key recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate,
