We are currently hiring a Sales & Leasing Specialist to support one of our clients— a rapidly expanding U.based real estate investment firm that manages a diverse portfolio of residential communities across multiple states .
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales & Leasing Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for every prospective resident interested in the client’s properties. This is a fast-paced, fully remote role where speed, warmth, and consistency directly influence occupancy rates.
Monitor the CRM throughout your shift for new leads across multiple properties.
Tour Conversion & Sales
Qualify prospects, understand their needs,
and match them with the right property.
CRM Management
Track your own performance metrics: speed to lead, contact rate, and conversions.
Maintain high energy and quality standards—even during heavy volume.
Natural sales ability — listens well, creates urgency, asks the right questions.
Self-starter — moves fast without supervision; Detail-oriented — understands that data accuracy = team success.
1–2+ years in inside sales, appointment setting, leasing, or customer service.
~ Experience with CRMs like Yardi, Knock, Rent Manager, Salesforce, etc.
~ Experience working in remote, metrics-driven environments.
Zero missed follow-ups with clean CRM documentation.
Fully remote — dedicated quiet workspace + reliable internet required.
