We are looking for CALL CENTER TRAINER IN MEDICAL ENVIRONMENT

The Role's Impact:

As a Process Coach, you will be the driving force behind the training and development of our operations team, ensuring associates are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to maintain peak performance and quality standards in accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Technical Training: Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software, compliance regulations, and industry updates
- Monitor & Evaluate Progress: Conduct weekly assessments to track, evaluate, and report on the progress of your training associates.
- Develop Training Material:



Create comprehensive instructional modules on understanding billing codes, navigating billing software, and mastering claim submission processes.
- Standardize Processes: Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding new clients in Accounts Receivable to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Ideal Profile:

- 4+ years of solid experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within US Healthcare.
- Prior experience as a Subject Matter Expert or Domain Trainer in a contact center environment.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with contact center processes and professional billing software.
- Key Competencies: Strong coaching, analytical, and data analysis skills with a focus on maintaining learning rigor
