Responsibilities:

- Schedule maritime and air collections in Asia, Europe, and the United States according to INCOTERMS.
- Track the transit of collections, ensuring customs clearance and transportation.
- Manage an import shipment delivery calendar.
- Optimize transit times and costs for air and sea freight.
- Verify the correct HTS materials (import/export) and required documents for authorities.
- Knowledge of international trade agreements to ensure these are leveraged for imports, avoiding unnecessary taxes.
- Follow up on exports according to the scheduled shipments by the plant, ensuring collections are scheduled, sending documents to the customs broker, and ensuring material delivery to the agreed destination.
- Maintain punctuality of all import/export data and reports to mitigate future risks.
- Ensure familiarity with the processes and procedures that are interrelated with the position.

Your profile:

- Bachelor's degree in international Trade, Logistics, Administration or similar.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within customs and/or traffic.
- English
