You'll combine people leadership, creative direction and hands-on execution, helping raise the standard of design and motion across a varied portfolio of global work.Working closely with the Creative Director, you'll turn high-level creative ambition into clear, practical direction that helps the team produce consistently strong work.The Senior Creative Manager – Integrated will lead a team of Integrated and Motion Designers while remaining actively involved in high-profile design, animation and social-first creative projects.Role Highlights– Lead, mentor and develop a team of Integrated and Motion Designers,



including Senior Designers– Set the creative and craft standard through clear feedback, reviews and hands-on creative leadership– Balance team workload across fast-turnaround production and larger integrated campaign activity– Deliver your own complex motion, social and integrated design projects where senior expertise is required– Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across multiple markets– Partner with senior creative, production and project teams to align creative direction, resourcing and delivery– Help create consistency across a growing integral Creative HubYou Will Need– A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced motion, animation and integrated design capability– Experience leading or mentoring a small design team in an agency, studio or in-house environment– Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly After Effects and Premiere– Strong social-first instincts and an understanding of platform-native design and motion– Excellent prioritisation, communication and leadership skills– Experience working across global teams, markets or stakeholders is highly beneficial– Strong professional English is essential – you must be comfortable speaking, presenting,
