Our team is looking for a strong media buyer who has experience managing $50,000 USD per month (or more)

This is NOT your typical media buyer role where as an agency we get compensated a % of ad spend for big brands

We are spending OUR money to send traffic to various lead generation offers and are paid a FIXED Pay Per Lead or Pay Per Sale. This means if we get paid $50 per lead and your cost per lead is $60, we lose money as a company, where the opposite means we are profitable if your cost per lead is $40 then we profit $10 per lead.

This will require someone who

- Has extensive experience managing and optimizing campaigns on META
- Can take full responsibility for the performance of the account
- Can read and interpret KPIs and data to understand performance
- Knows and understands how to optimize campaigns, targeting, manual bidding, creatives etc. to hit target costs consistently

You'll receive a base salary to start,



if you can prove performance then you'll be eligible for potential bonuses etc. based on performance

BONUS: Some things that will make you stand out as a candidate

- The higher the average monthly spend you've managed, the better
- Your experience testing unorthodox methods with duplicating campaigns, bid cap methods etc. to hit targets
- Experience with ad tracking platforms such as hyros, voluum, clickflare, redtrack etc

• • Knowing how to pass all data points via subids and then being able to interpret that data to optimize for deeper funnel objectives
