Job Description: We are looking for an SAP BASIS Leader with SAP FI/CO expertise to lead SAP production support, ensure system stability, and manage strategic vendors.The role requires strong interaction with Finance/business users and the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.Key Responsibilities Lead SAP production support across the SAP landscape, with strong focus on FI/CO and Finance processes .
Support critical processes including Accounting, Treasury, Tax, integrations, and financial closing .
Manage SAP incidents, changes, SLAs, and continuous improvement.Manage and challenge SAP/AMS vendors , including deliverables, KPIs, SLAs, and escalations.Act as the key SAP interface for Finance and business stakeholders .
Coordinate SAP Security, including roles, authorizations, profiles,



and SoD , with BASIS teams.Apply ITIL practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field.3+ years of SAP FI/CO experience in production support.Strong SAP Finance functional and configuration/support knowledge .
Experience working directly with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, or FP Spanish is a plus.Nice to Have SAP S/4HANA or migration experience.Exposure to MM, SD, HCM, or other SAP modules.SAP FI/CO certification.Retail or high-volume transaction experience.
