Job descriptionImportant IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:Sr Test Automation Engineer (+ Manual Testing)Key responsibilitiesLead the test activities to ensure product qualityDesign, develop, and support test cases for functional and non-functional domains and resolve issues that may impede the test effortDrive the identification of the test scope and test environment set-up, prepare test plans, identify relevant metrics and keep track of required effort.Manage the execution of tests, review reports and interpret recommendations for product or design changesContribute, review and implement internal quality control standardsDevelop relationships with other engineering groups to evaluate, recommend and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components or modificationsSkills and attributes for successBroad understanding of testing lifecycle and agile frameworksKnowledge of Quality Management techniquesTo qualify for the role you must haveBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT,



or related field and 7+ years of relevant work experienceProficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodologyStrong analytical skills and detail oriented.Good understanding on Automation Testing concepts.
The candidate should be able to implement automation strategy.Hands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale, automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-end automation) and experience with different test automation approachesExperience in Selenium with Java / Python - Knowledge at scripting/coding levelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience and knowledge of Azure DevOps or any relevant defect management tool and CI/CD.ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
