Concord Servicing, a leading financial services company, is currently seeking a Collections Agent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the company recover overdue loan payments, communicating with customers to find payment solutions, and safeguarding the company's financial assets.
Concord is a full-scope loan servicer that delivers compliant, flexible, and scalable portfolio servicing solutions to meet the demands of loan originators and capital providers, ensuring the best possible experience for their customers.The Collections Agent will play an important role in the company's operations as they help ensure the stability of the organization's financial standing.
The adecuado candidate should be knowledgeable of collections processes and regulations.
They should also possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a proven aptitude for problem-solving.ResponsibilitiesContact customers by telephone to determine the reason for delinquency and resolve accounts in full in accordance with Concord's procedures, client specifications and in compliance with the FDCPA and State Regulations.Consistently represent Concord in a professional manner.Locate customer contact information using various databases and systems (skip-tracing).




Document all interactions with customers and update applicable account information.Able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.
Typing, computer skills, Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.)At least two years of collections experience preferredComplete knowledge of relevant federal regulations and/or the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act preferredExcellent analytical, communication, and negotiating skillsCommunicate information and ideas clearly through both speaking and writingAbility to work well on a team and focus on results; adaptable and flexibleAbility to listen carefully, probe for additional details, and ask targeted questions to gather and integrate informationAbility to persuade others to change their minds or behaviorAbility to maintain composure in difficult situationsPlan and prioritize multiple work tasksDetail oriented/organized styleAbility to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, stressful environmentAbility to read, write and speak English fluently.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.Schedule with require a minimum of 1 evening per week and 2 Saturdays per month.
