What You'll Do:• Provide IT support for incidents, service requests, and general queries via phone, remote access, email, and onsite visits; resolve issues using ServiceNow and document actions accordingly.
• Deploy and maintain IT equipment (PCs, laptops, Cisco phones, mobile devices, etc.), support application rollouts, perform asset management, and act as a liaison between IT Operations, customers, and external service providers.




• Perform reporting and management tasks, including escalation handling, SLA adherence tracking, knowledge sharing, and maintaining internal IT processes and documentation.RequirementsWhat you need3–5 years of experience in IT support rolesProficiency with Windows 10, macOS, and Microsoft Office SuiteImaging and deploying Windows OSUnderstanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Windows Networking)Experience supporting networked printers and AV systemsFamiliarity with asset management and inventory trackingOutstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbsMust have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehiclePreferred Qualifications:Experience in automotive manufacturing industry preferredMCP and/or A+ CertificationsExperience in a help desk or call centre environmentSkilled in spreadsheet and reporting toolsStrong written documentation and reporting abilitiesExperience supporting executive-level usersBenefitsWhy Join Us?
