We are seeking an exceptional business executive to lead our operations.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, leading organizational transformation, and creating long-term enterprise value.
The idóneo candidate combines strategic vision with operational excellence—someone who thinks like an investor, executes like an operator, and has a proven ability to scale businesses, lead high-performing executive teams, and deliver sustainable results.
This role is ideal for executives with backgrounds in Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, or Management Consulting who have transitioned into senior operating leadership positions.
Industry experience in accounting, tax, payroll, fiduciary, outsourcing, or ERP is not required.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the overall business strategy and operations for the country.
- Drive profitable growth and commercial performance.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and EBITDA.
- Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams.
- Lead acquisitions, post-merger integrations, and business scaling initiatives.
- Design and implement scalable operating models to support future growth.




- Partner with executive leadership, the Board, and investors to execute long-term business objectives.
- Represent the company with key clients, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications - Proven executive leadership experience managing complex organizations.
- Strong track record of driving business growth and organizational transformation.
- Experience leading acquisitions, integrations, or strategic growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in improving operational performance and profitability.
- Experience working with Boards of Directors and investors.
- An MBA from a leading university is required.
- Preferred academic background in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Languages: Advanced English (mandatory), Portuguese (preferred).
