The HR Coordinator will partner with leaders and employees to support business objectives through effective Human Resources strategies and initiatives.
This role will have a strong focus on Employee Relations, HR Business Partner support for the Merchandiser team, culture, engagement, and organizational change , while contributing to key HR programs and projects.
Core Responsibilities Partner with employees and leaders, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, employee relations, and people-related topics .
Act as the HR Business Partner for the Merchandiser team , supporting labor relations, culture, engagement, and the implementation of new ways of working.
Manage and address employee relations matters , identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions in partnership with leaders and HR.
Support and lead HR initiatives related to Diversity
