**What will you do?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role is responsible for efficiently processing customer orders and providing excellent customer support.
**How will you do it?

- Accurately enter and process customer orders through relevant systems.
- Provide timely updates and confirmation to customers about their orders.
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and back-office teams to resolve any issues.
- Monitor order status and manage backorders effectively.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
**What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
