The Order and Project Structuring team will assist in ensuring timely and accurate order bookings and revenue recognition.
Collaboration with different areas inside Ericsson and with our customers is crucial to the success of our business operations and Ericsson.Join our TeamWe are now looking for a Project Financial Accounting resource to execute Customer Purchase orders within SAP, managing them through their lifecycle from Order to Invoice.
(Sales order create, update and maintain orders and project structures according to contractual requirements for all products and services).
The job role covers responsibilities within order execution, maintenance and project structuring from PO receipt through closure process.
You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.What you will do:Manage customer purchase orders through their lifecycleSecure and drive data quality to prepare for perfect invoicingEnsure orders are processed under IFRS15 and SOX complianceConfirm Customer Purchase Orders are registered appropriately and timelyPerform tasks within defined procedures and guidelines, following general work instructionsCreate and update reports within SAP,



utilizing Excel functionsPerform order fulfilment and project structuring activities with understandings of multiple order flowsPerform automation and simplification improvement workNavigate multiple financial tools and applicationsThe skills you bring:Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within Order Management, SAP and MetronomeAbility to support real-time customer needs in a professional and positive mannerHigh level of interpersonal/relationship skills with the ability to communicate optimally with customers, colleagues and managementAbility to learn and execute diverse tasks, coordinate and prioritizeTeam-player, proactive, committed to providing high-quality work to support our customers' needs.Coordinate with team to serve as backup when scheduling time off to ensure business continuitySystem application knowledge: MS Office, SAP and MetronomeWhy join Ericsson?
