What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B Hunting, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
Confidence making cold calls and opening doors with new prospects.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills—you know how to win trust and grow accounts.
Experience using CRM tools and managing your sales pipeline with discipline.
Experience in startups, logistics, marketplaces, or tech companies is a strong plus.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and propose value-driven solutions.
Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate English for meetings and business communication.
What You'll Do




Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B opportunities through digital tools, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Drive new business by making high-volume cold calls, engaging decision-makers, and generating qualified meetings.
Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring a successful start with Lalamove.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline by updating CRM records and tracking every opportunity.
Analyze sales performance and prospecting data to identify trends, optimize outreach strategies, and continuously improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation to activation.
