BA General Talent is seeking a remote Designer demonstrated design ability is more important than years of experience Open to junior or early-career candidates with strong, proven design competence Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools) Experience using social media platforms and scheduling tools Professionalism and strong team collaboration skills Ability to work independently with minimal oversight High level of accountability, autonomy, and attention to detail Strong visual judgment and accuracy in spelling and written content Openness to feedback and ability to adapt to established brand guidelines Advanced English proficiency Ability to communicate clearly in writing, including occasional client communication via Slack or messaging tools Reliable internet connection and personal laptop Must be based in LATAM or The Caribbean Perks: Performance-based bonus structure,
