- Oversee the management of multiple functions related to the manufacturing process.
- Responsible for the quality, productivity and flow of assembly build and/or test.
- Budget management to ensure that proper headcount, equipment, resources, tools and materials are available to meet schedules.
- Coordinate, through lower level supervision, the manufacturing operational activities of the assigned business units; ensuring continuous and efficient production, desired quantity and quality.
- Coordinate capacity, technical support and facility alignment to support product introductions, transitions, discontinuance and constraints.
- Ensure the utilization of focused factory techniques to optimize efficiency, utilization, velocity, and flexibility of staff.
- Oversee Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transaction accuracy and variance reconciliation.
- Ensure conformance to all ISO and EHS standards and procedures.
Experiência y requisitos




- ***** years management experience in a high mix-low volume manufacturing environment including 10 years direct experience in electronic processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required; Master in Business is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and/or test processes and production/inventory management required.
- Working knowledge of various computer software and - IPC-A-******** required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
- Must exhibit leadership and presentations skills.
- Bilingual English-Spanish
