Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in technology-enabled revenue cycle management (RCM) services for healthcare organizations, is looking for you.

What You?ll Do:
Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare consumers in a highly professional and courteous manner.
Schedule and manage appointments across multiple partner clinics and facilities.
Verify consumer details, including demographics and insurance information, and accurately document all interactions in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
What You Need:
Education: College degree completed (graduation mandate).
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
Mindset:
A strong customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
Experience (Nice to Have): Previous customer service, contact center, or healthcare patient access experience; familiarity with Epic systems is an advantage.
Visible Gross Monthly Salary: $19,500 MXN
