position responsibilities

- examine sales and operations data to identify improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and support business growth.
- create data-based memos, reports and presentations for leadership to guide decision making.
- use sql, power bi and other tools to turn data into useful insights.
- partner with departments to identify current challenges and deliver strategic recommendations for improvement.

minimum requirements

- bachelor's degree. A focus in business, information technology or computer science preferred.
- bilingual (english / spanish)



- fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical or operations role.
- proficient in microsoft excel, sql and power bi.
- strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
