As a
Purchase Order Follow-Up Analyst , you'll play a key role in ensuring materials are delivered on time by working closely with suppliers and collaborating with teams across
the United States and Canada.
What You'll Do
Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate with suppliers to track order status and resolve delivery issues.
Identify potential supply risks and escaltate them proactively.
Coordinate urgent orders and support critical business needs.
Maintain accurate purchase order information in SAP.
Partner with internal stakeholders to provide updates on deliveries and material availability.
Support manufacturing operations by helping ensure materials arrive when needed.
Assist in resolving goods receipt and delivery discrepancies.




Contribute to supplier performance tracking and continuous process improvement.
Who We're Looking For This opportunity is ideal for
recent graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience
who are looking to start their career in a integral organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, International Business, or a related field.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Fluent conversational English is mandatory.
You will interact daily with colleagues, suppliers, and business partners across
the United States and Canada , so strong verbal communication skills are essential.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.
Experience with SAP, procurement, or supply chain processes is a plus, but not required.
