Organize, execute and communicate projects for NPIs and ECNs
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Knowledgeable on 6 phases of NPI
- In charge of organization and execution of NPIs and ECNs at plant level
- Organize multi-functional teams to execute activities that will lead NPI to commit with dates
- In charge to lead RAILs of activities diligently
- Be able to communicate at different levels Project status (NPIs or ECNs)
- Be able to communicate status and improvements to local team
- Well organized with NPI information and activities
- Follow-up weekly/monthly meetings with internal/external teams
- High skills on presentations at high level
- Ability to develop A3, RCCA for root cause analysis
- Ability to understand/create/modify BOMs and routings at SAP level
- Ability to follow-up MOS for NPIs at all levels
- In charge to feedback technicians and all direct reports (if applies)
- In charge to work together and align activities with ME
- Ability to manage NPI samples
- Ability to manage new raw material




- Work together to analyze capacity at production lines before NPI execution and/or justify investment for new machinery or manufacturing equipment.
- Work together with ME to create PFMEAs for NPIs
- Ability to organize qualification runs for NPIs and release to mass production
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor’s at Electronic engineering, mechatronics, digital systems or any field related to electronic manufacturing
- Strong knowledge on NPI management
- Strong knowledge on Project Management
- English skills is a must
