**Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities)**:
- Support to completed PPAP for new tools and equipment
- Support to molding area in daily manufacture issues
- Completed all the capacity studies required for molding area
- Develop design and release to production new end and Arm Tooling
- Develop instructions method for set-up tools/ machine
**Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves)**:
- Bachelor's degree or student with experience in Molding
- Intermediate English level
- +1 Year of experience in maquiladora industry
**Your Preferred Background (i.e. Nice to Haves)**:
- Demonstrated proficiency using of computer design problems( AUTOCAD, BRISCAD, NX)
- Knowledge of injection molding Process
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic
- Resourcefully innovative and adapts in a rapidly changing environment




- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently
- Strong presence, poise and persuasiveness to establish a high level of credibility quickly
