Overview
It is in charge of the proper maintenance of the building and its facilities, always in compliance with the national and foreign regulations that apply, carrying out or following the necessary maintenance programs. Dynamic, with a service attitude and focused on the good use of resources, as well as the development of energy and cost saving programs. You will also have to supervise the group of maintenance technicians and attend to the needs of internal customers.
Experience and Education
Professional Career in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical)
Minimum of 5 years of building maintenance experience
Start-up of operations (Installation and release of building equipment, as well as supply of utilities to the operation)




Calculation of building equipment capacities (Calculation memory; CFM's, KVA's, Structural, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills and Certifications
Bilingual 80%

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Keep the building, equipment and facilities of the plant running, according to the needs of the company.
Ensure compliance with all applicable Mexican and foreign norms/standards.
Supervise the team of technicians and maintenance group leaders, creating a good work environment, continuously improving and achieving the annual objectives of the department.
Maintains and improves preventive maintenance programs using corrective maintenance and the needs of the operation as a source.
Manage infrastructure improvement projects; Identification of the need, design (RFQ), quote, CAAR, purchase order, installation and validation of the project.
**Use BRPMS techniques such as**: Ideas, TPM, 5's, PSP, etc. Y Participates in assigned committees.
He is an ambassador and promoter of safety at work
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.
Comply with the security rules determined according to their role.
Comply on time the planned training related to Quality and Training.
