We are seeking a top-notch **Bilingual Transcriptionist**, eager to be part of a company that cares for peoples rights and a nationwide leader in Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, Liability and Human Resources Investigations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Transcribing English speaking interviews into a summary and/or verbatim format.
- Transcribing Spanish speaking interviews into a summary and/or verbatim format by translating the interview to English.
**Schedule: Monday to Friday (40-hour week).**




**Requirements**:
- Strong work ethic.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to be objective and professional.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Use of effective time management and organization skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
**Preferred, but not required**:
- Knowledge of workers’ compensation claims is a plus.
