Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with unionized staff to address concerns, resolve problems, and foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate collective negotiations, participate in the drafting of labor agreements and ensure their implementation.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of applicable labor laws and union regulations.
- Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions agreed in the collective agreement.
- Participate in the hiring of union employees, ensuring that established procedures are followed and that the terms of the union agreement are respected.
- Efficiently manage labor disputes and conflicts, facilitating communication between the company and union representatives.
- Collaborate in resolving complaints and work-related problems.
- Monitor and manage absenteeism, ensuring compliance with labor and union standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in unionized environments.
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and union regulations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle conflictive situations.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
