Join the K family in Queretaro, Mexico as Cash Applications & Recording Process Owner. This position is responsible for coaching of less-experienced Cash App and ITC Recording Analysts, have ownership of Cash App and ITC (Invoice To Cash) Recording processes, provide guidelines in accounting and administrative process and corporate policies, as well as ensure that the financial and administrative processes within GBS ITC are performed according to Kellanova Corporate Policies, SLA and Statutory Requirements.
This position reports to a Sr. ITC Manager, and directly supervises people.
Peer relationships with GBS (finance, OTD, Tax, Internal Control, collections, Deductions, among others).
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Solve critical and complex GBS ITC processes and service delivery issues focus on Cash Application and ITC Recording; Generate proposals for issues solving.
Spread knowledge and promote best-practice sharing across the team; Coach team members, provide feedback, promote teamwork, create an environment which fosters professional growth and challenge individuals to develop their capabilities.
Secure statutory requirements are in placed (Tax requirements, US GAAP, Key Controls) within Cash App and ITC recording activities.
Monitor Cash Applications are performed within 3 days according to the SLA.
Provide guidelines in accounting and administrative process and corporate policies, focusing on the fulfillment of key controls, corporate policies, internal procedures, statutory requirements, and provide financial guidance to the organization.
Your Recipe for Success




Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance/Business related.
3+ years of experience in related roles
Proven experience in ITC processes and accounting.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills, decision quality, as well as accountable and results driver.
Strong SAP, PC, Excel and other reporting and financial planning systemss, knowledge.
