**In your role, you will**:
- Lead development and implementation of Configuration and Data Management standards, Business processes, systems and tool (PLM/SAP) as part of continuous improvement
- Represent Engineering department in PLM/SAP transformation projects and understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose technical alternatives when necessary; ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be effective.
- Approve roll outs of PLM, SAP, and Engineering check tools by performing tests before deployment in an Agile framework as a Super User
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders.
- Identify Process gaps and provide recommendations to improve quality of the supplier data.
- Manage Engineering Data/BOM through different lifecycle (concept to Certification) of the product and maintain integrity between PLM, PDM and SAP system
- Create, release, and maintain the Engineering Configuration Management Plan and the Configuration Item (CI) for aircraft program
- Perform periodic CI audits and support aircraft certification process for Interior completions.
- Influence technical decisions in working with large, cross-functional teams.




- Support the business in troubleshooting Engineering data/system related issues and recommend solutions to address the issues as super user (Enovia, SAP and BDI- In house PDM system)
- Remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress, identify gaps in communication or schedule, manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities, and drive results proactively.
- Responsible for competency, quality and on time delivery for the entire team.
- Execute SWAPs of tails due to reprioritization of aircraft deliveries by Program team.
- Coach suppliers across globe and business units on Bombardier standards, tools and configuration Management
- Responsible for new business development (support pre-sales activity), contracts updates, SOW, RFPs, project governance, resource management and cost control
- Build and maintain Top structures in Enovia.
- Manage Options and Library for Completions Engineering
- Analyze changes and impacts on Library and Options.
- Support Critical Design review activities
- You have a College or Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in aerospace;




- You understand Configuration and/or Data Management principals.
- You have knowledge of a Product Data Management system (PDM) & Product Structure Management (PSM).
- Proven experience in SAP
- Experience in CATIA V5 and ENOVIA V5 is an asset.
- You have knowledge in basic IT tool development (Excel/VBA, Access) to support analysis and compiling of data.
- You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Access/Project is an asset.
- You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills (essential);
- You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;
- You have a pro-active attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- You have a strategic mind and an attention to details, supporting your interest for taking over responsibilities;
- You are self-motivated, autonomous and enthusiastic;
- You demonstrate ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment;
- You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;
