**Knowledge and responsibilities**
This position will be responsible for 3 shift in a manufacturing site**.**
Knowledge and experience managing labor cases according to Mexican Federal labor law, IMSS, Infonavit, Nom-035.
Experience managing general employee services: medical area, transportation, cafeteria, etc.
Experience working effectively in a matrix organization.
Excellent judgment in complex situations with multiple stakeholders.
Effective at collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams.
**Job Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/HR or related field.
Master’s degree in business administration is a plus.
Minimum 2 years experience in HR functions/activities and employee services administration,



payroll process, etc.)
Experience in manufacturing plants.
Middle to advanced English skills are needed. A plus High level of English/Bilingual.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
Must be a self-starter / People oriented.
Negotiating skills.
People oriented and Results-oriented.
Teamwork player.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
