- Location: Remote (East Coast)
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partner with research leads and executes our weekly usability research program. Debrief with stakeholders.
- Conduct weekly remote and/or in-person usability studies with developer users on UX flows.
- Liaise with cross-functional, geographically distributed stakeholders (design, product, engineering) to plan and execute weekly rolling usability studies.
- Collect and analyze findings and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate with the participant recruiting team. Partner with research leads on survey planning and execution.




**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 4+ years' experience conducting UX research in industry.
- Education: BA or BS, MS in Cognitive Psychology, HCI, or related discipline
- Understanding of user research methodologies, especially evaluative research.
- Good working knowledge of the principles of experiment design.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and collaboration skills.
