- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Over 5 years quality working experience, at least 3 years QA experience in automotive parts manufacturing.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement, and process optimization within a manufacturing environment, has experience in quality system management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (IATF16949)
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques for performance measurement and decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation of improvement projects.
- Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities to drive change and achieve results.
- Industrial engineering education background and work experience is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese is preferred.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem solving.
**Job responsibility & requirements**
1. Quality Management System (QMS) (30%)
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Implement changes to the QMS based on audit findings, customer feedback, and industry standards.
- Build close connectivity with other side for benchmark and best practice sharing.
2. Quality Assurance (30%)
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations (IATF16949).
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues,



implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyse quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.
- Develop and conduct training programs on quality standards, procedures, and tools for manufacturing personnel.
3. Continuous Improvement (20%)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement data-driven solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and enhance productivity.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and fostering innovation.
4. Production management (15%)
- Coordinate with planning team to ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor production process, identify bottlenecks or issues and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
