**Bilingual Russian/English Customer Service Representative**

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both Russian and English.
- Manage and schedule appointments for clients and staff.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in customer service, appointment setting, and administrative work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
