We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Process and Continuous Improvement Projects Analyst Latam to join our exceptional team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. **Responsibilities**:
- Determine process improvement initiatives and lead projects to drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with teams from various departments to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure flawless execution of projects
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience, 5 years min, with continuous improvement projects, agile methodology, and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrates a proactive approach and drive, consistently achieving goals in a dynamic work setting.
- Desired: Certified within PPI Business System
