International Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Project Manager, for their operations in Mexico City
**Responsibilities**:
- Key contributor for the success of the projects we manage, working in a fast-paced environment.
- Gather project requirements from stakeholders.
- Establish and communicate clear timelines and progress of the project, making clear all the deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and responsibilities, while ensuring a proactive communication, anticipating roadblocks, and escalating to management when needed.
- Oversee the project governance design and execution, guaranteeing the success of the project by gathering the needs from other stakeholders.
- Can trouble-shoot issues efficiently and effectively. Always offers a solution to a problem first
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, respond with sense of urgency and understand deadlines.
- Keeping track of project timelines and budgets.
- Assigning tasks to team members, ensuring resources are well allocated for successful project delivery.
- Develop and monitor key project KPIs and project profitability.
- Suggest strategies and methods for project management improvement, efficiency, and scalability.
- Developing and implementing change management in digital marketing projects.
- Assessing, managing, and mitigating digital marketing project risks.
- Anticipates potential changes and obstacles with the client’s business and/or us.
**Requisitos**




- Incredible attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to set and manage project budgets and other project KPIs (think timeline, completeness, staffing and change control).
- Understands the digital space and the tools and resources needed to service our clients.
- Is comfortable in a start-up environment.
- In-depth working knowledge of project management softwares and associated tool sets (Asana).
- Knowledge of Project Management tools to support the team’s workflow.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Project Management skills.
- Agency & digital experience.
- Demonstrated track record in building strong relationships with the team and well as managing timelines on different projects.
- 2-4+years preferably in an agency, proven experience in Project Management (mandatory) with client-facing and medium
- high complex projects.
- _Digital knowledge and understanding required._
- Fluency in English: Spoken, read, & written.
- Fluency in Spanish: Spoken, read, & written.
