**Job Title: Remote UX / UI Designer (100% Work From Home)**
**Location**: Remote from Latin America
**Position Type**: Full-time
**Salary**:$2000-$2500 USD monthly - based on experience**
**Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET**
Job Overview:
building websites from scratch using WordPress and creating professional mock-ups for both in-house and external tools. This role requires a
have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs, and the technical skills to bring these designs to
life.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop responsive websites from scratch using HTML and CSS.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, usability, and SEO.
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for websites and tools.
- Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.
- Design professional mock-ups for in-house tools and external client tools.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is accurately implemented.
- Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.




- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to share ideas and receive constructive feedback.
- Maintain open communication with team members to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.
- Ensure final designs meet the highest quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues that arise during development.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design and web development.
- Proven experience in building websites from scratch using WordPress.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including websites and tool mock-ups.
- Proficiency in WordPress, including theme and plugin customization.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with SEO best practices and web analytics tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
