We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a team at a general automotive supplier's Shared Services Center inMonterrey, Mexico. This center supports operations throughout the Americas.

Role Description
**Qualifications**:
**Required**: Proven experience managing an AR function within a Tier One automotive supplier.
- Aminimum of 5 years experience leading an AR team.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive management style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in English is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
