- Role Responsibilities:_
- Build and present performance reports to stakeholders
- Communicate with and help customers in sharing their data with Intouch
- Prepare data for performance analysis
- Communicate with stakeholders on any missing or error data
- Conduct performance analysis
- Contribute to performance analysis improvements
- Write technical documentation
- Skills Required:_
- Soft Skills
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Good in multitasking, task automation, and task prioritization
- Technical Skills
- Six months experience working with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, having a working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and other functions




- Six months experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
- Six months experience working with Python
- Three months of experience working with Pandas
- Three months experience working with Matplotlib, or alternatives such as Seaborn, Plotly
- Three months of experience working with Numpy
- Experience working with Scikit-Learn is a big plus
- Education & Previous Experience:_
- Previous work/freelance/projects/open source projects experience is a big plus
- Either Computer Science and/or Data Science Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree or Online/Offline Courses in Data Analysis and/or Data Science
