Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Develop and execute Lean projects aimed at optimizing processes across various departments.
- Train teams in Lean tools and methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
- Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring that efficiency and quality targets are met.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in production and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with different departments to analyze workflow and design optimization solutions.
- Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the success of Lean initiatives.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Lean Manufacturing in an industrial environment.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).




- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Lean tools and process improvement.
- Bilingual
