As **Supply Manager**, you will be part of our incredible team of **Supply Chain.**
In this position, you’ll oversee finished product inventories across all locations, ensuring top-notch customer service and timely deliveries. You’ll manage a quality transport fleet, adhere to safety and environmental standards, and focus on cost efficiency.
**Location**: Guadalajara/Mexico
**As part of the Supply Chain team, your role will be**:
- ** Enhance Order Performance**: Improve local perfect order performance and track units en route to customers.
- ** Optimize Inventory**: Monitor production scheduling to ensure stock availability and manage fleet units for local and export demands.
- ** Drive Cost Efficiency**: Perfect logistics systems, develop alternative service sources, and conduct comparative studies to reduce distribution costs.
- ** Leverage Technology**: Utilize technology to enhance reliability, efficiency, and streamline processes.
- ** Lead and Collaborate**: Champion cross-functional cooperation, promote safety, and maintain effective communication across teams.




**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or related field.
- Deep knowledge of warehousing and supply, benchmarking and industry insights, including experience in the exploration of new technologies to support automation seeking competitive advantage.
- Good English Speaker - for this role is important to deliver key messages in calls and in executive meetings.
