As a fast-evolving company with endless opportunities, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled **Freelance Health Coordinator** based in _Mexico City or Tijuana_ to join our team. Our Health Coordinators play a pivotal role in our company.
In this role, you will contact patients based in Latin America, with a personalized and empathetic approach, always always with the utmost respect for confidentiality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reaching out to patients and conducting initial qualifications and assessments.
- Maintaining accurate records of the qualification process in our CRM system.
- Providing concise reports and statistics on a regular basis.
- Ensure strict adherence to established procedures and protocols.
- Stay informed about evolving developments within the Medical Team.
- Proficiently use CRM, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Native-level proficiency in verbal and written Latin American Spanish (C2).
- Professional working proficiency in verbal and written English (C1). Other languages are considered a plus.
- Proven experience in **Sales,



**preferablyin healthcare or a related field is a plus.
- Medical background is not required but considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM medical software and MS Office.
- Understanding of healthcare operations.
- Interest in medical research and health programs.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong team spirit and a sense of responsibility for collaborative work.
- High level of Emotional Intelligence.
- _Availability for in-person interview in Mexico City or Tijuana 1st-3rd of October or 8th-11th of October._
