**Qualifications**:
Advanced English indispensable
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a.NET Developer, with a strong understanding of the.NET framework and related technologies (C#, ASP.NET, etc.).
Extensive experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience in leading development teams and managing project timelines.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
