**Position Requirements**:
- Ability to create test plans and test strategies that consider the different levels of testing.
- Experience working with developers and other team members to define test strategies, technologies, and best practices.
- Ability to manage and communicate software defects.
- Experience with software risk assessment and decision-making processes.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging problems.
- Strong experience in Software Engineering.
- How a good Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is organized.
- How the non-functional requirements are part of delivering a solution
