We are currently searching for a** Production Support Specialist**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide **24x7 production support** in a financially impactful payment environment.
- Manage **incidents, changes, and problem resolution** within the payment domain.
- Monitor and troubleshoot **TCP/IP** traces and payment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with **ISO 8583, ISO 20022**, and other payment regulations.
**Requirements**:




- 5+ years of experience in a **24x7 production support** environment for financial services.
- 3+ years of experience in **incident, change, and problem management**.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with **ISO 8583, ISO 20022**, and payment systems like **ACH, RTP, SWIFT**.
**Desired**:
- Familiarity with **MuleSoft, Murex**, and **payment card systems**.
- Knowledge of **cross-border and domestic payments** regulations.
- Experience reading **TCP/IP traces** and understanding of technical issues in card payments.
**Languages**
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
