Health and Safety Manager Opportunity - Multinational Mining Company

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive safety strategies tailored to mining projects.
Ensure strict compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., NOM-STPS, ISO 45001).
Identify, evaluate, and manage critical operational risks, including collapses, ventilation systems, and the use of explosives.
Design and conduct safety training programs to build a proactive safety culture.
Lead the development and execution of emergency response plans.
Manage and optimize safety management systems, including incident analysis and preventive measures.
Your Profile
Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
Language: Advanced English proficiency is essential.
Certifications: CSP, NEBOSH (preferred).
Experience: 10+ years in occupational safety, with a strong focus on underground and surface mining projects.
Skills: Proven leadership, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
