We are seeking a **Digital Engagement and Event Specialist** to become an integral part of our friendly team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a diverse calendar of virtual events, including webinars, workshops, hackathons, panel discussions, and networking opportunities
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including speaker coordination, platform management, registration, and post-event follow-up
- Coordinate vendor requirements and contracts
- Leverage data and analytics to measure event success and identify areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative environment to encourage professional growth
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source and curate relevant content
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience (team up to 7 FTEs)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in event management, marketing or communications, ideally in a tech environment
- Proven experience in virtual event planning and community management. Ability to develop innovative and engaging virtual experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration
- Proficiency in virtual event platforms
- Experience with social media and community management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to use analytics to measure and improve engagement




- Ability to work independently and proactively
